Managing partner, John E. West, has more than 25 years of trial experience, is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and is recognized for his successful handling of complex major injury cases and medical malpractice matters. Fredrick M. Borges is widely respected for his expertise in the fields of healthcare law, including medical malpractice defense with representation of individuals, managed care organizations and medical facilities.
